Please find attached the Coastal Fire Centre Weekly Status Report to Sept. 15, 2021. Note that effective at noon on Sept. 16, 2021, all open fire prohibitions have all been lifted for the entire Coastal Fire Centre area. The BC Wildfire Service continues to urge caution and best practices when using open fire, the vast majority of fire starts in the Coastal Fire Centre area this year (170 out of 209) have been human caused.
