FPB report - OG on WLs

Attached is a recently released complaint investigation report from the Forest Practices Board entitled “Government Enforcement of Old Tree Harvesting on a Quadra Island Woodlot.”  In my opinion, it is well worth reading.  It acknowledges the difference between old growth and old forests, and provides insight into the construct of the WLPPR, including WLP content, as it relates to old forests/growth.
