Pile grinding opportunities and research

A researcher with FPInnovations is working on a project that involves the estimation of biomass availability in roadside debris piles following forest harvest. If you have any sites being grinded this year that could be uses as study areas please contact Brianna Brochez. This is an initiative headed by the Ministry of Forests for a new application meant to be used by licensees, so your cooperation would be greatly appreciated in improving the system. It would also be of interest to have a few blocks from woodlot owners who are doing any pile grinding.
