Special Trees Protection Regulation

The Special Tree Protection Regulation was approved and ordered on September 11, 2020.  A copy can be found at:

The regulation clearly defines special tree criteria and what a tenure holder must do if they discover one.  There are a few exceptions and also a provision for an exemption to be granted under specified circumstances.  Also, note that the Admin Orders & Remedies Regulation was amended to provide for a maximum $100 fine for not contravening the STP regulation.
